Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To confirm your order, we require a partial advance payment, with the remaining balance payable at the time of delivery.
This partial payment is collected as a commitment fee and is applicable to all orders in which Cash on Delivery is selected as an option.
Please note that this partial amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation of product is unacceptable in any circumstances.
We request our valued customers to place the order only after complete confirmation to avoid any inconvenience.
Return & Refund
Our return policy allows you to return your item(s) within 7 days from the date of delivery. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team within the 7-days timeframe.
Conditions for Returns:
To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following:
- Item(s) must be in their original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- Item(s) must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.
- Refunds will be issued in full upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
Packaging for Returns:
When returning an item, please ensure it is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit:
- Use bubble wrap or similar protective material to cushion the item.
- Pack the item securely in a sturdy box to prevent movement.
- Include all original packaging, invoice, tags, and accessories.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
